The December issue of ELLE Eten focuses on cider.
Wine journalist Esmee Langereis is now convinced of the versatility and taste of cider: 'The exciting fermented apple juice is at least as versatile as wines are even more hip.'
In addition to an introduction to cider and perry, three ciders, one poiré and one jus de pomme pétillant from our shop are recommended.
