Wine journalist Esmee Langereis delves into the world of craft cider and is taken on her journey of discovery by Ramon van Appels en Peren. The result is a two-page article with information about the rise of cider in the US, an infographic of the production process, a number of 'juicy facts' and of course three ciders recommended by Esmee.
