La Cave Normande has been around since 1950 and is a real family business of the Guesdon family. They are within the Domfrontais appellation, which is a guarantee of high quality!
Calvados, perry, cider, apple juice, pear juice and a pear aperitif are produced on their farm, which is surrounded by the 100-year-old apple and pear trees planted by their grandparents. Including typical Domfrontais varieties such as Plant de Blanc, Fausset, Blot, Champagne and Gros Gontier. In an environment perfect for growing apples and pears, production and harvesting is carried out under the best conditions: the fruit is harvested by hand or by machine and then sent to the processing facility where it is washed, sorted and mashed.
