Ferme de la Poulardiere Cidre Brut 4.5% 75cl

The care of the orchards, the choice of fruit, the effect of the terroir and the climatic conditions of the year give this cider all its personality. The different local types of cider apples: Bedan, Binet, Locard, Douce Couet, Frequin rouge, Pommes de Bique are picked at the beginning of November. They are then stored in large wooden boxes for a month so that the fruits finish their ripening, sheltered from the vagaries of the weather. The juice thus obtained after pressing must ferment slowly, gradually converting the sugar into alcohol.
