The Emilio Martinez is a cider with second fermentation in the bottle, method traditionnelle So. Made from 40% Raxao, 30% Regona and 30% Blanquina cider apples from Asturias and therefore DOP certified (Denominación de Origen Protegida).
A dry, fresh and balanced cider for the advanced cider drinker with a pronounced taste and many citrus aromas.

The Martinez Sopena brothers started producing cider at a relatively young age. First with the cider house El Pharaoh, later with El Gobernador. Although the cider house itself is very modern, it is produced according to the traditional methods of Asturias. The apples come from their own orchards, are picked by hand and the cider is aged in wooden barrels after fermentation.
