'Good advice' for Gilles van der Loo


It's always nice when a culinary critic comes by and writes that he has received 'good advice'. For example, last Saturday our move was in the supplement of the Parool with Gilles van der Loo.
A nice piece about our 'fine ciders' and relocation in Het Eetwezen, the section with culinary backbiting. Above that is an image of a pear and a recipe for pear pie with frangipane. Chance?
