ELLE Food: 'Cider for everyone'

Part

The December issue of ELLE Eten focuses on cider.
Wine journalist Esmee Langereis is now convinced of the versatility and taste of cider: 'The exciting fermented apple juice is at least as versatile as wines are even more hip.'

In addition to an introduction to cider and perry, three ciders, one poiré and one jus de pomme pétillant from our shop are recommended. The Fox Mulled Cider is now sold out, but we would like to introduce you to the other recommendations: the Dutch cider Gulderling debut (€11.50), the Dupont Cidre Réserve from Normandy (€14.95), the poiré of Les Bulles Ardennaises (€9.20) and the Jus de Pomme Pétillant from Chateau de Lézergué in Brittany (€2.50).
