An organic dry cider from the Pays d'Othe, which is located in the French Champagne region. Thanks to the slightly mineral aftertaste, the Ferme d'Hotte is delicious with soft cheeses or a plateau of fruits de mer. Drink it well chilled, at about 7 to 8 degrees, possibly also as an aperitif.
The Dragon Orchard in Putley (Herefordshire, UK) has been around for over 90 years as a small traditional fruit orchard of the Stanier family.
