This sparkling natural cider was created from the idea of combining two fruits: the quince and the apple. The so-called co-fermentation creates a cider full of deliciousness with surprising aromas of blood orange peel mixed with the freshness of the apple.
The taste is powerful and structured. The bitterness of the quince combined with the sourness of the apple.
