A dry keeved cider, made for their 10th anniversary. The Pilton TEN is a delicious blend of a 2019 'keeved' cider from bittersweet apples. Complemented by a 2018 soft cider based on the Jonagold and finished with several layers of different ciders aged in barrels. The result: full of flavour, complex and dry.

Martin Berkeley founded Pilton in the heart of Somerset. Berkeley uses the age-old method of keeving. Keeving is widely used in France. The fermentation takes place for six months in a cool Victorian cellar. The cider is bottled while it is still fermenting, developing a natural fine bubble.
