Pilton Queen of the Brue 5.4% 75cl

Pilton Queen of the Brue is a natural fruit wine made exclusively from quince. Hand-picked from the orchards on the banks of the River Brue in Somerset. The quince's rose-like floral aroma and unique tartness make for a truly distinctive drink. Full of flavor and a long fruity aftertaste.

Description

Martin Berkeley founded Pilton in the heart of Somerset. Berkeley uses the age-old method of keeving. Keeving is widely used in France. The fermentation takes place for six months in a cool Victorian cellar. The cider is bottled while it is still fermenting, developing a natural fine bubble.
