A traditional (AOP) organic cider from Brittany (the Cornouaille region) made from different types of regional cider apples. The majority of apples fall into the category: bitter and bittersweet. All apples are collected by hand and then pressed and fermented per type. The different types are then blended. After bottling, further fermentation takes place in the bottle, creating natural carbon dioxide (Pet Nat).
This dry cider is very suitable for savory dishes, meats and fish.

The cidery of Melenig is located in the heart of the Cornouaille region. Spread over seven hectares of land and with seven traditional types of cider apples, cider is made from organic apples in a traditional way.
