In collaboration with master distiller Alessandro Revel Chion, Maley created the Cristallier: this cider-based vermouth. The aroma is obtained by using the herbs marjoram, angelica, thyme and sage. Bitter herbs have been used to balance the sweetness of this liqueur, creating a surprising harmony.

Cristallier is a good accompaniment to a cheese board, but can also be enjoyed as an aperitif with a little ice and some fresh ginger.
