Les Bulles' Cidre Cuvée Prestige is made from cider apples from its south-facing private orchards surrounded by woodland. This cider is only made in years when the apples have had enough sun for a high sugar content to reach the alcohol content of 8%. The Cuvée Prestige has depth, a pleasant acidity, apple freshness and a small bitterness. It is very suitable to drink as an aperitif or with desserts.

The Cidrerie Lalobbe in the town of the same name has been in operation since the mid-nineties. The seven cider orchards are run by Étienne and Blandine Capitaine. They market their products under the name Les Bulles Ardennaises. In addition to 'normal' cider and poiré, they make various ciders with additions of fruit syrup.
