Opiédumur 2018 is a special cuvée for which Damien Lemasson only uses cider apples from 50-year-old standard trees. This cider has notes of citrus and fresh acidity and can be drunk as an aperitif, but also goes well with white meat.

The Lemasson family has run a farm in Normandy for generations. In addition, the farm has been certified organic since 1988. Daniel Lemasson moved the cider factory to Cametours in 2004, where he passionately makes organic cider and calvados from 22 different cider apple varieties.
