Since the 19e century this is the classic and traditional cider of El Gaitero. This fresh and fruity cider is made from typical Asturian cider apples such as Colorado, Raxao, Perico and Regona. With a fresh sourness and a tasty and long finish, this is a perfect cider for light meals such as fish, salads or a fresh dessert.

El Gaitero is a larger Asturian cider producer with a rich tradition. In 1888 the brothers Alberto and Eladio del Valle started producing 'champagne' ciders in Villaviciosa, financed by Bernardo de la Ballina and Ángel Fernández. Traditional apple varieties from our own and local orchards are used to make the natural and 'champagne' ciders. The cider factory from 1900 is now part of the industrial heritage.
