A dry cider of traditional apple varieties from our own orchard and from local orchards in the area. Fermented with natural yeasts and fermented a second time in a pressure vessel. Extra sugar is added for the second fermentation.

El Gaitero is a larger Asturian cider producer with a rich tradition. In 1888 the brothers Alberto and Eladio del Valle started producing 'champagne' ciders in Villaviciosa, financed by Bernardo de la Ballina and Ángel Fernández. Traditional apple varieties from our own and local orchards are used to make the natural and 'champagne' ciders. The cider factory from 1900 is now part of the industrial heritage.
