We asked the famous Amsterdam cocktail bar Flying Dutchmen Cocktails to create a cocktail for our method traditionnelle (champagne style) cider and perfect for poiré and our house cider Cider Amsterdam.
The champagne-style cider is a fresh cocktail made with gin and lemon juice. The poiré is matched with vodka, lime and pineapple.
You can serve our house cider Cider Amsterdam Brut with old gin and vermouth and the Cider Amsterdam Demi-Sec with bourbon, honey and lemon.
