Domaine de Kerveguen Carpe Diem cuvée has been selected by the Elysée since 1997! A real late harvest, comparable to Sauterne and other sweet grand crus, with a high residual sugar content and an exceptional aging potential of at least 10 years. Complex and powerful, with aromas of candied fruit, quince jelly and maple syrup. The bubble is fine and delicate. This “mild” cider tastes great with desserts.

Domaine de Kervéguen is a family business in Brittany that has been producing cider for four generations. And in a special way: namely with a Coquart press or a champagne press. After pressing, the juice is fermented in wooden barrels, which contributes to the flavor development of the cider. The result: very tasty and complex certified organic ciders that can be delivered to the Elysée.
