Natural cider aged in calvados barrels. The taste of the cider is enhanced and supplemented with strong calvado notes from old oak calvado barrels. The alcohol rises and amounts to a whopping 8.5% ABV. At the same time, the bubbles are mild and create a bold and rich cider.
The complexity and balance of this cider make it interesting for slightly heavier and sweeter dishes, for example sweet root vegetables, mushroom dishes or even as an alternative to dessert wine.
