The taste of this cider cannot be summed up in one word: fresh and sour flavors alternate with slightly sweet notes. Aprillis is a delicious thirst quencher with a fruity aftertaste. Excellent as a sparkling aperitif and suitable as a base for cocktails. It is a good accompaniment to various meals, cheese and desserts.

The sustainable orchard of the Hâld Moed Cidery is located between the Gaasterland forests and Frisian lakes. The orchard is a unique nature reserve where the hares and roe deer graze among the Kingston Black, Herefordshire Redstreak, Harry M. Jersey and Dabinette cider apple trees.
