Refund and Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product (at your own expense). You will then be credited with the full order amount including original shipping costs. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition, provided that the bottles have not been opened. We do not take back opened bottles.

Do you want to return (part of) your order? Send us an email to [email protected] and include the following:

• Your name and order number
• The reason for the return
• Your account number

We will then help you with the return process.

As soon as we have received your return in good order and undamaged, we will send you an email and we will refund the amount to your account.
