Tom Oliver is an inspired man and is seen worldwide as the 'Johan Cruyff' among the perry makers. That is why he often wins countless prizes with his ciders and perries. The unsprayed cider apples are picked by hand and then fermented in small batches with as little interference as possible from the cider maker. The ciders are aged in old oak barrels, which ensures a typical taste. In Ocle Pychard, Oliver works in the traditional way. He also enjoys working with innovative production methods and other cider makers.
