Although the Cuvée Blanche is a dry cider, it has no bitter notes. A soft and fruity, yet fresh cider with a slightly dry aftertaste. Cuvée Blanche is a refined and elegant cider that combines excellent with sweet food and light dishes, but is also very tasty on its own.

Manoir du Kinkiz, a French cider producer from Brittany, produces regular award-winning ciders. Knowledge passed down through generations ensures quality ciders with special flavors. 21 different apple varieties are grown in our own orchards and are also collected manually. The cider apples are then carefully blended, ground, fermented and aged in oak barrels.
In addition to the cider, the Distillerie du Plessis was founded in the early 1980s by Pierre Seznec.
