Cask means barrel in Dutch. Lemasson Cask Obligatoire has matured for 3 months in Calvados oak barrels. The taste of the cider is enhanced and complemented by a strong calvados flavour. At the same time, the bubbles are mild and create a bold and full-bodied cider. An interesting alternative to a classic dessert wine.

The Lemasson family has run a farm in Normandy for generations. In addition, the farm has been certified organic since 1988. Daniel Lemasson moved the cider factory to Cametours in 2004, where he passionately makes organic cider and calvados from 22 different cider apple varieties.
