Box for the holidays

A festive box for the holidays that allows you to serve a delicious cider with every course. This year the box consists of six bottles of the Spanish El Gaitero Pomarina Sidra Natural Espumosa.

This is a dry cider made from traditional apple varieties from our own orchard and from local orchards in the area. Fermented with natural yeasts and fermented a second time in a pressure vessel. Extra sugar has been added for the second fermentation. The Pomarina Brut of El Gaitero is a fresh and dry cider with the strong taste of fruity green apple and has a long elegant finish.

Its freshness and elegance make it the ideal accompaniment to any meal, from aperitif to dessert. Goes particularly well with fish and crustaceans and shellfish, but also with cheeses. A wonderful box for the holidays!
