In the Black Forest, cider production is kept alive by Wendy le Blanc and Patrick Mann. These are the owners of 1785 ciders. Because of their passion for ciders and perries, they meet in Seattle, USA. Here they built their passion for West Coast ciders together. Together they want to bring the cider revolution from Seattle to Germany. Thus the idea grew to start their own cidery. That means: first-class ingredients and craftsmanship, creativity and innovation in search of new taste experiences. Especially with a lot of fun and without taking yourself too seriously.
